Alvero Insurance works in partnership with Sirius Insurance Pty Ltd ABN 60 606 142 027, AFSL 550946. Sirius Insurance is responsible for providing insurance broking services, including insurance advice, quotations, policy placement, renewals, claims support and related insurance services.
Alvero Insurance may receive commissions or referral payments where you proceed with insurance arranged through Sirius Insurance.
If your complaint relates to insurance advice, policy placement, premiums, claims, insurer communications, broker conduct or another insurance service provided by Sirius Insurance, we may refer your complaint to Sirius Insurance for handling under its internal dispute resolution process. We will let you know if we do this.
We will acknowledge complaints made to Alvero Insurance as soon as practicable. Where a complaint is referred to Sirius Insurance, Sirius Insurance will handle the complaint in accordance with its complaints handling process and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. AFCA provides free and independent dispute resolution for eligible consumers and small businesses.
